Monday Evening Core & More Yoga

This class focuses on the core area, working towards building a stronger middle body as well as increasing stamina throughout the rest of your body. In between strong core work will be warrior poses and other yoga balances to work large muscle groups like the quadriceps and hamstrings. If you want to feel the rewards from a strong one full packed hour of stretches and poses, come along!
