My Yogic Intention
I aim to share my love of yoga with a wide variety of people, especially those who want to try yoga for the first time. I encourage students to approach yoga as a way of life, to enjoy a practice and find the freedom that comes from the practice.
My mission is to help transform students' bodies to be stronger and more flexible and to aid in the removal of mental and emotional obstructions for achieving balance and clarity on and off of the mat. My yoga teaching instruction is imbued with warmth, humour and honesty to keep it fun and non-competitive. Students can expect a supportive environment where they will be encouraged to expand knowledge of yoga and play with a variety of balances and yoga postures.
My style of teaching places a strong emphasis on alignment, sequencing, breath and inner awareness. I teach Hatha yoga and weave influences of a variety of yoga styles into my practice to embody flow and movement into each class.
Certified Instructor through British Wheel of Yoga.
This takes place in the comfort of your home. Locations covered are South West London (Surrey area.) You can choose to have a basic hour session or a full 90 minute session, which will generally take place once a week. A full session can be shared by up to 4 people.
I also provide group tuition in private homes, businesses, schools, etc. Please contact me to discuss details and rates for one-to-one instruction.
