Tuesday Evening, YIN Restorative Yoga

Time: 20:00 - 21:15 (75 min)
Included: All props, mats, straps & bolsters, cup of organic tea at finish.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and supportive practice where students are lying down on their mats using various props that hold the body and allow for deep tissue release. There are no standing poses in Restorative Yoga. During the lesson you will lie down in 3-5 yoga poses and each pose is held for several minutes at a time. It is a time to let go and heal the physical and mental body to create balance and peace within. Breathwork and mediation are incorporated to encourage a deeper sense of release and surrender.

This style of yoga is therapeutic for anyone at anytime. It can be transformational at relieving mental tension and stress as well as healing the physical body from injuries or chronic illnesses.


Wednesday am, Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Time: 9:00 - 10:00 (6o min)
Included: All props, mats, straps & bolsters, cup of organic tea at finish

What is Vinyasa Yoga? Simply put, Vinyasa Yoga translates into “flow practice'“ and it is a smooth transition from one yoga pose to the next (asanas) especially when movement is paired with the breath. Its origins are from the Hatha Yoga tradition.


Friday am, Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Time: 9:00 - 10:00 (6o min)

Friday Mid morning, Alignment Yoga (BKS Iyengar inspired)

Time: 10:30 - 11:45 (75 min)
Included: All props, mats, straps & bolsters, cup of organic tea at finish.
Suitable for all ages. Therapeutic for those with old and new injuries & medical conditions


Sunday morning, Wake up with Yoga!

Time: 9:30 - 10:30 am (60 min) Roll out of bed and join us!
Included: All props, mats, straps & bolsters, cup of organic tea at finish.
This one-hour class will be like having along first stretch in bed! Nothing complicated, just a lovely wake up and stretch session to send you off on your day.


Pregnancy yoga Sundays

Time: Every Sunday, 10:45 - 12:00 (75 min)
Included: All props, mats, straps & bolsters, cup of organic tea at finish.
Suitable for all stages of pregancy. Pregnancy yoga lessons with Amy encourage the use of soft movement and breathing techniques to keep the body subtle to support women through all stages of pregnancy and labour. Each lesson weaves together a gentle and flowing yoga practice with childbirth preparation like breathing and labour supporting positions, empowering soon to be mothers to be strong and aware of their own powers to guide them through their labour. Yoga classes with Amy suit all levels, from beginners to those who have a consistent and long-standing practice.

  • Mats & props are provided by the studio but feel free to bring your own if that is your preference.

  • Finish class with a warm cup of organic tea with a lovely group of people!

  • Daytime classes are on break during children’s school break, but this will not affect evening classes.
